Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked with a wide range of food and grocery items, enabling a smooth shopping experience for customers.

You will move products from pallets to shelves, assist in back-room organization, and support leadership to meet daily objectives. This role suits individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and staying organized in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
