Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Macon, GA is seeking a Support Associate to help run a merchandise- and customer-focused store operation. You will handle stock, process receipts, and assist with replenishment, pricing, and visual merchandising while delivering MAPS service.

You will collaborate with teammates to maintain organization, support omni-channel experiences, and ensure a fast, friendly shopping environment. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Must stand for the majority of the shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter all receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices to items received as applicable, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Ensure visual materials, props and signage are processed timely and stored appropriately.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives including floorsets, signage and displays.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
