Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Associate to assist customers and manage stock operations on the sales floor. You will handle merchandise, process stock transfers, and support visual merchandising while delivering strong service.

The role requires excellent communication, high energy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; standing most of the shift. Location: North Georgia Premium Outlets, Dawsonville, GA.

Qualifications

• Prior stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn company technology.
• Must stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within tight timelines.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and management; headset use.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, stores, ticketing, and replenishment to keep stock space optimized.
• Ensures new products are merchandised promptly and represented well.
• Enters receiving documents and reconciles invoices; performs store-to-store transfers as needed.
• Handles stockroom materials and signage; ensures proper storage and organization.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alerts management to cash supply needs.
• Assists with visual directives and displays and signage placement.
• Keeps boutique clean and organized.
• Models MAPS principles for exceptional customer service.
• Promotes inclusive, collaborative problem solving and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
