Nordstrom, Inc. in Walnut Creek is seeking a professional sales associate who helps customers feel good and look their best, delivering the brand’s 5-Point Selling Standard and building lasting relationships through fashion expertise and genuine care.

You will set and strive for personal sales goals, stay current on trends, assist across departments as needed, and maintain a ready, inviting department while supporting a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Professional sales role with customer service focus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Ability to build and maintain a personal customer base.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book
