Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all operations, driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will lead a dynamic team, maintain brand standards, and optimize in-store and online processes to maximize performance. Ideal candidates bring fashion passion, 2+ years of management experience in retail, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and exceptional customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and leadership.
• Lead and inspire a high performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, and eComm order fulfilment.
