Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Bloomington, MN, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor and through digital channels.

You will optimize inventory, manage shipments, replenish the floor, and maintain brand standards and visual merchandising while delivering a positive, energetic shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferable in a fashion clothing environment
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environment
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive sales and provide a positive shopping experience
• Support Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Contribute to inventory management, shipments, and eComm order fulfillment
• Maintain brand standards and visual/merchandising presentation
• Assist with inventory replenishment and on-floor customer service
