Garage & Dynamite stores in Danbury, CT are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and maintain brand presentation.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience, including eComm fulfillment. A passion for fashion and flexibility to work evenings/weekends; training and development programs available.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptable to changing business needs with proactive ideas.
• Promote collaboration and participation across teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and leadership.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for customers and drive sales.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team on the sales floor and online.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and eComm fulfillment.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising directives are followed.
• Support staff development and cross-functional collaboration.
