• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready: stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a style resource.
• Collaborate with team to maintain productivity.
• Follow up with customers using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment.
