• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department ready: stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, inventory counts.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a style resource.
• Support team environment and contribute to department productivity.
• Follow up with customers using Nordstrom's methods to build relationships.
