A day in the life includes delivering the 5-Point Selling Standard, growing a personal client base, and staying current on product knowledge to guide choices. Evening/ weekend shifts are required, with benefits and potential incentives.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales and delivering great customer service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready: stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, inventory counts.
