Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a fashion-forward Sales Associate to help customers feel good and look their best across Women’s, Shoes, Men’s, Lingerie, Kids, Jewelry, Handbags and more. You will build relationships, provide style advice, and work to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll deliver personalized service, stay current on trends, and support teammates to keep the department productive. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book
