Job summary

H&M in Colorado is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide shoppers through the store and actively sell our fashion products. You’ll use fashion knowledge to advise on trends, assist with stock, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You’ll work with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote our loyalty app Hello Member, and represent the H&M brand positively in every customer interaction. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products to customers and meet sales targets with store management.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to advise customers.
• Assist with garment care, stock replenishment, and store presentation as per guidelines.
