Job summary

H&M in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver high-energy customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively promote products. You'll use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support in-store operations and merchandising.

You'll work with the store team to maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor, participate in onboarding and training, and help achieve sales targets while representing the H&M brand positively.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in fashion, retail or service industries is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Good communication, team collaboration and flexible, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products, support loyalty programs, and contribute to store sales targets.
• Maintain garment refill, care, presentation, and ensure a clean, tidy sales floor and back-of-house.
• Assist with opening/closing store, stock replenishment, and in-store tech tools as needed.
