Job summary

H&M in Boise, ID is seeking a Sales Advisor who will deliver excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell our products while sharing fashion knowledge.

You will help with garment care, store presentation, and operating routines, work with the team to reach sales targets, participate in onboarding, and represent the brand positively in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell our products to customers and represent the H&M brand positively.
• Support with garment refill, care, presentation and store cleanliness including back of house.
• Contribute to stock levels, merchandising displays and adherence to visual guidelines.
