Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience.
• Promote and sell products while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Explain fashion trends and product stories to customers across store areas.
• Actively promote loyalty app and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Support with opening/closing store duties and achieve sales targets with the team.
• Maintain clean, presentation-ready merchandising and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure stock levels, replenishment, and proper garment care and presentation.
