Job summary

H&M in the United States is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, welcome shoppers, and actively sell products while sharing fashion knowledge and product information to ensure the best experience.

You will help with garment refill and care, maintain displays, support stock, learn store procedures, participate in onboarding, and promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or service industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to sell products and promote loyalty program.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities
