Job summary

H&M is looking for a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care, presentation, and store upkeep.

The role emphasizes teamwork, omni-channel awareness where available, and contributing to sales targets with the store team. You will engage customers with trends, stories, and products while promoting the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability

Responsibilities
