Garage Clothing is seeking a Team Lead for our Troy, MI store. You will drive a positive shopping experience, lead day-to-day operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding brand presentation.

You bring at least 1 year of team-lead retail experience, a high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills. You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of team-lead experience in retail
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Customer-oriented with problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service
• Social media skills and computer skills are assets

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build relationships with customers
• Contribute to store operations and inventory management
• Increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards
• Maintain visual/merchandising presentation in the store
• Assist with inventory through shipment processing and replenishment
• Fulfill eCom orders as needed
