Colonial Group’s Dry Goods store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, elevate customer experiences, and ensure stylish, inviting store environments. You will coach associates, manage payroll, and implement merchandising plans while maintaining strong customer service standards.

You’ll oversee staffing, training, and performance feedback, with rotation across day, evening, and weekend shifts to meet store goals and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales – provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
