Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a retail team and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates to meet store goals.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll/timekeeping, and benefits enrollment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Execute duties of a sales associate and keyholder.
• Coordinate interview screenings, interviews, and references.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Assess performance and provide feedback and evaluations.
• Develop associates' skills to meet store goals with ongoing training.
• Process payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and usage.
• Implement merchandising plans and maintain store appearance.
• Develop solutions to customers' problems and business needs.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
