Dry Goods, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive growth, and elevate the shopping experience. You will recruit, train and coach associates, oversee payroll and benefits, and ensure compelling merchandising and store presentation.

You will develop staff skills, manage scheduling across day/evening/weekend shifts, and foster a positive, fashion-forward store culture. This role offers growth with a family-owned brand and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales – provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
