Job summary

cabi Outlet is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team, coach coworkers, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on a day-to-day basis. You'll style clients, drive sales, and uphold store standards, with responsibilities including cash handling and end-to-end operations.

The role requires prior retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to busy shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Retail leadership experience (Key Holder / Supervisor)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and quick to learn new systems
• Trustworthy with cash handling and store assets
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking ability
• Positive, accountable leadership with integrity
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage
• Ability to stand, move throughout store, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Keep things running — solo or as part of the team — whether that’s on the floor or behind the scenes

As a Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet, you're part of the management team — helping lead the store, the team, and the customer experience day to day. Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar retail leadership role
• A natural communicator who builds trust with customers and coworkers alike
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and picking up new systems
• Trustworthy with cash handling and store assets
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a lot at once
• A leader who brings integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude to the floor every day
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
