Qualifications

• 6-month retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations and be ready to act as manager when needed.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team to improve performance.
