G-III Retail Group, in partnership with DKNY, seeks a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and delivering an elevated customer experience. You will lead on the sales floor, build lasting customer relationships, and help ensure brand standards in service, merchandising, and operations.

You will be customer-focused, results-driven, collaborative, and capable of coaching others, with a role that directly impacts store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of specialty apparel retail leadership or management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail/business education is a plus.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and contribute to store performance.

Responsabilités

• Achieve personal sales goals and drive the store’s overall sales performance.
• Lead by example in delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through client outreach and follow-up.
• Coach, motivate, and provide direction to Sales Associates during shifts.
• Help keep the team focused on sales goals, customer service, and daily priorities.
• Recognize strong performance and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Support execution of visual presentation, merchandising, and replenishment standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Support opening, closing, and daily store operations as assigned.
• Follow company policies related to safety, loss prevention, and compliance.
• Communicate business updates and feedback to store leadership.
