SMCP North America seeks a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in California. You will help run daily operations, manage opening/closing duties, assist customers, and create fitting room experiences while building relationships with shoppers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior service experience.
• Some prior retail supervisory experience.
• Passion for Customer Service.
• Friendly and outgoing - strong communication skills.
• Fashion Savvy.

• Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).
• Interest in Retail Management career path.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing functions including cash reconciliation and daily sales goals.
• Provide customer service and create fitting room experiences for clients.
• Support store leadership in operations and new hire onboarding.
