Chico’s in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold our hospitality-driven culture. You lead by example and create welcoming, customer-centric experiences that reflect our brand.

You’ll support opening/closing, communicate brand priorities, coach associates, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment, and ensure knowledge of current promotions. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide coaching feedback.
• Contribute ideas to the store leadership team.
