Job summary

Chico’s Lyndhurst, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You’ll create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and drive sales through strong team leadership and product knowledge.

As a role model on the sales floor, you’ll coach teammates, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while aligning with promotional activities and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Offer ideas to store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
