You will set the tone for the team, coach staff, and ensure brand standards while supporting daily operations and Omni-channel initiatives.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and support team to achieve performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences reflecting brand hospitality.
