Job summary

Lane Bryant Methuen is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead the team to deliver a superior shopping experience.

With 1–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for styling, you will motivate staff, manage schedules, and help staff achieve their highest potential in a fast-paced environment at Lane Bryant Methuen, MA.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
