Garage Clothing Co in Irvine, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor and online.

You will drive guest experience, optimize inventory, and ensure brand standards across merchandising, while managing shipments, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment. A 2-year fashion retail management background is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Demonstrate organizational skills, solving skills, and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading a high performing team
• Drive sales results on the sales floor and through digital platforms
• Contribute to inventory management and shipment processing
• Oversee eComm order fulfillment and visual/merchandising standards
