Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in New York to drive sales and oversee daily store operations. You will open/close the store, supervise staff, schedule payroll, and train team members while delivering exceptional customer service and on-brand experiences.

You will leverage fashion knowledge to enhance visual displays, coach associates, and analyze performance data to inform actions. This role offers growth from within and a path to future leadership within the store

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom to ensure excellent service and operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture.
