Job summary

SHEIN in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Production Specialist to ensure smooth item launches, photoshoot prep, and sample room organization. You will bridge the U.S.

merchandising team with China production, ensuring data accuracy, timing, and delivery readiness across cycles. In this fast-paced role you will coordinate launches, track progress, assist with photo shoots, and maintain an organized sample room to support seasonal readiness and recutting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, product development, or merchandising.
• Proficient in Excel, shared drive management, and product tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• New Item Launch & SKC Management: Oversee launch schedule and ensure targets are met.
• Coordination & Communication: Act as main US-China contact for data alignment.
• Photoshoot Coordination: Schedule and prepare photoshoots with Creative/Studio teams.
• Sample Room Organization: Label, categorize, and maintain inventory of samples.
• Quality Control & Process Improvement: Suggest workflow efficiencies and avoid last-minute changes.
