Job summary

SHEIN U.S. in Los Angeles seeks a full-time Seller Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace from our corporate office.

You will coordinate with product, operations, and legal to ensure sellers meet all requirements, guide them through policies, monitor performance, and analyze data to drive growth while improving the onboarding process. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer support, preferably in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding management for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace across cross-functional teams (product, operations, legal).
• Provide guidance and support to sellers during onboarding and ensure adherence to SHEIN policies.
• Monitor seller performance and advise improvements to meet standards.
• Analyze data on seller performance, trends, and feedback to drive growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline onboarding and seller experience.
