Job summary

American Exchange Group, a leader in fashion accessory brands, seeks a Product Development Coordinator in NYC. You will support the development process, coordinate samples (development/PP/top), and help bring new products from concept to market with excellent project management and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in footwear/fashion, a fashion/design degree, and strong proficiency in Illustrator/Excel/A2000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in footwear/fashion.
• Formal degree in Fashion/Design.
• Very high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Excel/A2000.
• Highly organized with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Team player with positive attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and launch of high‑quality products meeting standards.
• Support head of PD and collaborate with design, overseas offices, FIT/TECH, sales, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate development data in PLM/Style Tracker and communicate progress to partners.
• Monitor styles from proto to sample stages and escalate issues when needed.
• Prioritize tasks to meet calendar deadlines and adapt to business needs.
