Job summary

Urban Outfitters (URBN) offers a Photo Studio Internship at the URBN Home Office in Philadelphia. This hands-on role covers on-set production through image delivery, enabling interns to gain real‑world experience in commercial/e‑commerce photography.

You will assist with lighting and equipment, support post‑production tasks, and help with file preparation, color correction, and archiving while collaborating with photographers and stylists.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in photography, visual arts, or related field.
• Familiarity with Canon EOS camera systems and studio lighting.
• Passionate about fashion photography and UO brand.
• Retouching/Photoshop proficiency preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
• Able to stand/move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• On-set support: lighting, equipment setup/breakdown, product handling, and day-to-day shoot needs.
• Post-production support: color correction, retouching, DAM prep, archive maintenance.
• General: attend production meetings, communicate with photographers and stylists, manage studio supplies and inventory.
