Job summary

Urban Outfitters invites applicants for a Summer 2027 Creative Intern role based at our Home Office in Philadelphia. You will gain hands-on experience across art direction, styling, photography, and production, contributing to seasonal campaigns and daily creative initiatives.

Work with teams across our URBN Creative organization, supporting research, mood boards, casting, and on-set execution while developing a strong understanding of the Urban Outfitters visual identity.

• Eager to learn across multiple creative disciplines, not limited to one area.
• Highly organized, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance concepts with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Support the creative team across art direction, styling, photography, and production for seasonal campaigns, editorial, e-commerce, and digital content.
• Assist with creative research and concept development, including mood boards, casting inspiration, and location research.
• Support shoot preparation and on-set execution, collaborating with photographers, art directors, stylists, and producers.
• Assist styling team with sample organization, outfitting prep, and developing seasonal trend direction.
• Support production needs including prop and location research, shoot organization, and call sheet prep.
• Contribute ideas and develop an understanding of Urban Outfitters visual identity.
