Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Creative Intern for Summer 2027 in Philadelphia. You will gain hands-on experience across art direction, styling, photography, and production from concept to final execution, supporting seasonal storytelling and day-to-day creative initiatives.

You’ll participate in research, mood boards, casting inspiration, on-set support, and developing seasonal trend directions while collaborating with URBN’s Creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the creative team across art direction, styling, photography, and production for seasonal campaigns, editorial, e-commerce, and digital content.
• Assist with creative research and concept development, including mood boards, casting inspiration, and location research.
• Support shoot preparation and on-set execution, working with photographers, art directors, stylists, and producers.
• Assist the styling team with sample organization, outfitting preparation, and developing seasonal trend direction.
• Support production needs including prop and location research, shoot organization, and call sheet prep.
• Participate in contributing ideas and understanding Urban Outfitters visual identity.
