Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. The Retail Merchandising Specialist will style mannequins and displays, ensuring products reflect brand identity and attract shoppers in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities include developing merchandising strategies, executing planograms, and reporting store visits. Part-time hours are project-based, with a flexible schedule and mobile reporting via Winston App.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel merchandising or related field preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins and styling.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in displays.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across multiple stores.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos using the Winston App.
