Job summary

Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm specializing in marketing, analytics and data intelligence. We’re seeking an AAD who will own a portfolio of lifestyle accounts, lead growth strategy, and translate data into actionable client insights.

You’ll partner with PMs and the Account Director to steer long‑term growth, maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue retention across full‑funnel campaigns while working in a fully flexible work environment (remote, in‑office or hybrid).

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in lifestyle or high‑AOV marketing with client management experience.
• Experience with full-funnel marketing and attribution concepts.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls and set account priorities.
• Guide clients through awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Collaborate with PMs and AD on strategy.
• Maintain full-funnel performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high retention.
• Work with Iris and Nova daily to surface insights.
• Coordinate across paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams.
