Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in New Jersey to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence across the store. You will curate styling and product presentation while coaching shop floor teams on the latest campaigns and trends to deliver an elevated customer experience.

The role emphasizes trend awareness, teamwork, and hands-on execution of visual guidelines to boost sales and KPIs in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Curious and creative; proactive, solution-focused and flexible with effective cross-functional communication.
Leadership and ability to upskill store teams in visual/commercial areas.
Experience improving product presentation and in-store execution.
Knowledge of visual, commercial and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

Ensure visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (In-direct).
Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions (Direct).
Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
Maintain stock levels and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
Perform sales KPIs follow-up and identify opportunities for visual and commercial improvements.
