Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and bring our fun, fashion-centered, second-hand shopping experience to customers.

This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and a clear path to running a store. You will learn buying, merchandising, and inventory practices while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive store culture.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in retail management as a Department or Store Manager (2 years+).
• Extensive fashion knowledge including familiarity with labels, brands, designers and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 31 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
