Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. in Pasadena is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations and bring our brand promise to life: a fun, fashion-centered, affordable shopping experience for the community.

You will lead by example, mentor the team, and ensure a welcoming environment while driving sales and upholding Crossroads values. Clear paths for promotion and growth await in our second-hand business.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail management (1 year+)
• Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 31 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and lead by example to create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive store environment.
• Prioritize, delegate, and coordinate tasks to run the store efficiently.
• Be customer-focused and guide the team to help customers learn how we work and what we offer.
• Be a mentor and coach, supporting teammates' growth using training tools and plans.
