Job summary

Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. in Houston is seeking a Keyholder to assist the management team with day-to-day store operations and bring our brand promise to life: a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience for communities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+)
• Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and greet them with a smile to create an welcoming environment.
• Prioritize and delegate to keep the store running smoothly.
• Ask and educate customers about selling clothes to us.
