Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to bring personal style and passion to our brand on the sales floor in Raleigh, NC. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with teammates and managers to drive business success, delivering a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.

You will support brand values, stay current with fashion trends, and adapt to varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
