Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand with personal style and welcoming energy on the sales floor. You will help customers find their look and collaborate with teammates to drive business success, delivering a seamless customer experience with kindness and inclusivity.

You will support the brand through daily interactions, stay current with fashion trends, and contribute to a team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty; strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/move at least 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
