Torrid in-store team is seeking a Sales Associate who can connect with every customer, helping them feel welcome, confident and valued. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, stocking and organizing the sales floor, and providing a clean, inviting store environment while delivering flexible, guest-focused service. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion focused and stay on top of current trends.
