Job summary

Torrid is seeking a sales associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build customer connections across our stores in the United States. You will use product knowledge to promote add-on sales, maintain visual standards, and support stockroom organization.

The role requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends, with opportunities to grow in a welcoming, inclusive work environment. Previous sales experience is a plus and fashion awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion focused and stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions while using your sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and help ensure all visual standards are met
• Assist in the organization of the stockroom and provide a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
