Torrid stores offer an exciting, one-of-a-kind experience for our customers and our employees. As a Torrid Sales Associate, you’ll provide the Torrid Connection to every customer, making them feel comfortable, cared for and confident.

You’ll perform register functions, drive add-on sales through product knowledge, maintain visual standards, and keep the stockroom organized to create an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion-focused and stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that fosters customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions using sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
• Assist in stocking and organizing to keep a clean, inviting store environment.
