H&M Group is seeking a Floor Manager in the United States to lead store operations, provide expert styling advice, and drive customer-centric service. The role includes recruiting and training staff, analysing sales data, and stepping in as acting Store Manager as needed to maintain excellent brand standards.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Customer-focused: you genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example to deliver great service.

• Eager to learn: open to feedback and actively seek development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge, and engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment efforts and ensure onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity in leadership and performance.
