Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience in retail, preferably fashion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service through styling advice and store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans for the team.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to maintain leadership continuity.
